If you answered yes and would like to provide student feedback online instead of paper, then you have come to the right place.

To get setup and use the system, complete the following steps.

1) Complete the following form

Fill in the following form with your email and full name.  The request will be sent to the site administrator and the NLPM office.  You will receive an email within days with a nlpm.ca account.

    2) Complete the Training

    4) You are setup.

    You will receive an email from the system when a course is ready for your feedback.   If you have problems, please email newlife@nlpm.ca.
